WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?
Follow my Steps to Success guide to begin once you have a Membership Plan. This will include your eating plan, nutrition menus, fitness plans and coaching videos.
I have 29 available fitness plans ranging from gym workouts to home workouts, from muscle gain to weight loss, all for a nominal monthly cost for unisex and female-focused fitness. Along with this I provide nutrition menus which you can select from daily, including vegetarian! Weight loss will also have a specific eating plan to follow, which can be customized to your needs.
Online coaching is extremely cost-effective and the most flexible way to reach your fitness goals. With easy communication between you and the coach making any changes to your plan is simple. You don't need to fit your coach into your busy schedule - only the fitness and nutrition aspect. I will save you hours upon hours of research time by supplying you with your plans, cutting out a lot of headache and confusion. With nutrition, you get a ton of options, choose what you enjoy!
Instead of booking an appointment to train in-person at a set time, you already have your plan, along with a website full of instructional videos to educate and empower you. This allows trainers -- like myself -- to offer my clients what they need, when they need it: a cost effective solution, faster communication, and better service than an in-person personal trainer.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
In 2020, the average price of a personal training session in Europe was €53, with prices as high as €120 (Switzerland). Let's go with the average cost (€53) and you wanted 4 personal training sessions a week, that's over €212 a week (€848 a month), and that generally does not include much nutritional advice or accountability on the days you are not with the personal trainer.
